One should avoid heavy meals before sleeping. Eating big can cause discomfort and make it difficult for you to sleep. If you are planning to eat large meals, eat it at least three hours before you go to sleep.
Design your sleep environment
Do it in a way so that you can establish good conditions for one’s sleep. Ideally, you should make sure that your room’s temperature is between 60 and 67 degrees.
Also, your room should be free from any noise that can ruin your sleep.
